Product Management Coordinator

Responsibilities
Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables in Monday.com to ensure Product initiatives progress on schedule
Coordinate cross-functional work across Product Management, Customer Experience, Marketing, Operations, and external partners
Support early-stage product discovery by organizing inputs, coordinating vendor samples, and documenting evaluation findings
Maintain the Product Management backlog, ensuring new ideas are captured, prioritized, and advanced through validation steps
Serve as the owner of internal product documentation, packaging files, and regulatory materials accurate and complete
Collaborate with manufacturing partners and internal teams to verify documentation accuracy and maintain organized product archives
Ensure public-facing product information, including website content, images, and specifications are up-to-date with and accurate
Manage readiness checklists and cross-functional coordination for new product launches and end-of-life transitions
Prepare clear, concise reports and materials for leadership updates, executive reviews, and internal communications
Identify process improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency, and transparency within the Product Management function
All other duties as assigned by manager
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in general business, operations, or supply chain
2–4 years' experience in product coordination, project management support, or operations
Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent follow-through
Clear and efficient written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail, with the ability to maintain consistent documentation across multiple systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment with minimal oversight
Proficiency with Monday.com, Salesforce, and SharePoint
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners
Practical problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
Preferred
Project Management certification preferred but not required
2+ years' experience in assistive technology and/or medical device preferred but not required
