Responsibilities
Partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Program leaders to synthesize and align on the organization's complete roadmap and key initiatives
Gather necessary data and insights from across the organization to inform strategic recommendations and support roadmap planning
Transform complex plans, initiatives, and data into impactful, visually appealing presentations and strategic narratives for a wide range of audiences
Support preparation of roadmap narratives to senior leadership and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of our priorities, progress, and impact
Lead the preparation of materials for key business reviews and planning cycles
Help refine processes for how we plan, communicate, and govern our product roadmap
Qualification
Required
2-3 years background in management or technology consulting
Proven ability to distill complex information into actionable insights and clear stories
Proven track record of creating high-level, visually engaging decks that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences
Exceptional communicator with the ability to influence and build consensus among senior leaders and cross-functional teams
Strategic and analytical thinker comfortable working with large datasets to inform business strategy and drive decisions
Highly proficient with presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva)
Fluency with Excel
Strong project manager with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and drive projects to completion
Thrives in complexity, enjoys untangling problems, and is eager to learn how strategy turns into tangible results
High level of business acumen and a strong interest in technology, product development, and the future of our industry
