Responsibilities

Drive operational excellence by identifying, owning, and executing strategies and programs that create efficiency, remove obstacles, and improve operational metrics
Collaborate with, and drive alignment of, key stakeholders across functions, including marketing, product, client success, legal, and operations
Perform funnel and inventory analyses to inform client outcomes and legal roadmap
Synthesize data and operational insights to report on unit performance to firm leadership

Required

3+ years of total work experience in management consulting, investment banking, business operations, strategy, or finance roles

Advanced analytical skills with experience delivering data-driven recommendations
Comfort working autonomously across multiple high-priority projects
Ability to get things done
