The Program Management Intern will support cross-functional teams in planning, tracking, and delivering strategic initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in program planning and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities
Assists in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project timelines and deliverables
Supports the development and maintenance of project documentation, dashboards, and status reports
Collaborates with internal teams to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process optimization
Participates in meetings and helps track action items, decisions, and follow-ups
Contributes to data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and performance tracking
Helps streamline workflows and improve communication across departments
Learns and applies program management tools, methodologies, and best practices
Will perform additional responsibilities when required
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Asana, Jira, or similar)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Eagerness to learn and take initiative
Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information
Ability to maintain a professional atmosphere in a fast-paced environment with numerous interactions and interruptions
A high degree of initiative, self-motivation, and ability to motivate others
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with Team Members and colleagues
Comfortable with office pets (cats, dogs)
Preferred
Familiarity with project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Excel dashboards)
Exposure to software development or product lifecycle management
Prior internship or project experience in operations, consulting, or program coordination
Interest in process improvement, strategy, or organizational development
Basic understanding of metrics tracking and performance analysis
