Responsibilities

Facilitate system-wide PI projects and manage all aspects of project coordination and reporting
Serve as a consultant to assigned service line(s) and manage service line dashboards
Identify and implement improvements in clinic workflows for population health
Conduct data extraction, analysis, synthesis, and presentation to measure effectiveness and ensure sustainability of improvements

Required

Leading from start to finish performance improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, IHI's Model for Improvement, Design Thinking)
Exceptional data manipulation, analysis, and visualization skills (including pivot tables and statistical process control charts), documenting workflows utilizing tools such as Vizio or LucidChart
Proven project management ability
Excellent communication and facilitation skills with stakeholders at all levels
Team-oriented, collaborative, flexible, innovative, and empathetic to diverse patient and workforce needs

Preferred

Certifications preferred
Background in healthcare preferred
Clinical or Master's degree (e.g., Business Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Management) Preferred
