Responsibilities
The Director of Developmental Disabilities for Dominican Hall will be responsible for interviewing applicants for positions in the department and make appropriate recommendations
Review evaluations of staff and evaluate all Managers/Supervisors and oversee disciplinary actions to ensure uniformity
The Director will carry out the goals and objectives of the agency and maintain the mission of Person-Centered Planning
The Director will ensure that Programmatic Goals, Active Treatment modalities and behavior modification plans are formulated and implemented accordingly
Ensure 24-hour coverage of staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree Required
Five (5) years' Supervisory/Management experience required
Five (5) years' Experience with Intellectual Disabilities population, QIDP Qualified
A valid, non-restricted driver's license required
Preferred
master's degree preferred
Clinical experience preferred, especially in the area of positive behavioral approach
