They are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Facilities to ensure efficient and effective functioning of all facility-related processes, oversee operational departments, guide strategic planning efforts, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations of all facilities and assigned departments

Lead campus-wide infrastructure projects including renovation and construction

Oversee vendor contracts, service evaluations, and procurement of facility-related services

Develop, implement, and maintain emergency response plans and lead emergency management efforts

Ensure compliance with internal, local, state, and federal standards for safety, quality, and facility operations. Serve as the lead for all Life Safety inspections and support all DOH, DHS, CMS, OIG, and OSHA survey processes

Manage preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring optimal performance of buildings, systems, and equipment

Develop operational strategies, policies, procedures, and KPIs aligned with organizational goals and budgetary targets

Lead and support management staff across assigned functional areas and foster collaborative, cross-functional teamwork to optimize processes and resources
