Responsibilities

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with company objectives and industry best practices

Deliver engaging and effective learning experiences using a variety of instructional methods (e.g., e-learning, workshops, webinars)

Continuously update training content to reflect changes in industry regulations, company policies, and best practices

Conduct training sessions for employees across all departments, ensuring high engagement and knowledge retention

Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop customized solutions

Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to reinforce training concepts and facilitate continuous learning

Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness

Prepare and present reports on training outcomes and ROI to senior management

Stay current with industry trends and advancements in learning and development

Recommend and implement innovative training tools and techniques to enhance the learning experience

Travel as needed to different company locations and departments to deliver in-person training and support
