Required

Bachelor's degree

2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or IT systems support

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or other relevant field

Experience with automation tools such as Power Apps, Microsoft Forms, or third-party workflow solutions

Familiarity with legal operations, compliance, or corporate support functions

Exposure to process improvement initiatives
