Vascular Therapies Sales Training Manager

They are seeking a Vascular Therapies Sales Training Manager to design, develop, and implement sales training programs for their Vascular Therapies Division, ensuring the effectiveness of their sales personnel.

Responsibilities

Design and Implement training programs for Vascular Therapies
Assesses training needs for all Field Sales personnel including consultants, associates and management
Travel to and conduct training programs at various sites in the U.S
Maintain a strong rapport with Key Opinion Leaders and internal cross-functional partners (Marketing, R&D, Medical, etc)
Analyzes performance of sales personnel to determine where additional training should be prescribed
Prepares reports on progress of personnel under direct or indirect supervision during training periods
Continually studies and develops skill in use of better teaching and training methods
Assists Marketing Managers in development of new product training and new data releases
Keeps informed of new developments within the field and implements business focused training
Establish and support a work environment of continuous improvement that supports BSC’s Quality Policy, Quality System and the appropriate regulations for the area supported. Ensure employees are trained to do their work and their training is documented

Required

Bachelor's degree
At least 7 years of sales and/or marketing experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
In-field case support experience supporting Vascular procedures
Must be comfortable interacting with and influencing all levels of leadership
Ability to work independently and prioritize direction from several leaders
Comfortable and effective facilitating training and discussions
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
Willingness to travel up to 60%

Preferred

Advanced level knowledge on Vascular procedures
Field Sales Trainer or Area Sales Coach experience
MBA or other advanced degree
Experience creating training strategies and materials required. Experience facilitating training courses
Proven experience delivering sales results. Interaction with hospital administration and physicians
