Responsibilities
Lead a regional matrix organization
Be the leadership interface with the regional manufacturing partners
Support the balance of the Manufacturing and Operations team
Partner with Design Engineering, External Manufacturing Partners, Commodity Management, Planning, Data Center Operations, and Operations peers
Lead the external manufacturers to meet the rapidly growing and changing demands of customers
Navigate an ambiguous and fast-paced organization
Engage in both strategic and deep tactical engagement as appropriate
Communicate effectively
Challenge the status quo
Interact on-site with EM partners in the region
Bring new products to market
Sustain high quality throughout the lifecycle
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Manufacturing and Distribution
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience in leading a regional matrix organization
Ability to interface with regional manufacturing partners
Experience in supporting Manufacturing and Operations teams
Ability to partner with Design Engineering, External Manufacturing Partners, Commodity Management, Planning, and Data Center Operations
Ability to lead external manufacturers to meet customer demands
Ability to navigate an ambiguous and fast-paced organization
Capability for both strategic and deep tactical engagement
Self-starter with effective communication skills
Courage to challenge the status quo
On-site interaction with external manufacturing partners
