Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, handling renewals and mid-term changes
Identify opportunities for coverage enhancements and new business
Provide exceptional service through timely communication and problem resolution
Collaborate with producers to support client relationships and growth goals
Work directly with carriers to secure competitive terms and smooth policy processing
Qualification
Required
Property & Casualty license required or ability to obtain
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in insurance management systems (AMS 360 a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite
Customer-first mindset with a focus on accuracy and detail
Preferred
Experience in personal lines insurance
