Intern, Instructional Designer
Carnival Corporation, through its Princess Cruises brand, offers a dynamic internship opportunity in instructional design. The intern will work with trainers and designers to develop and evaluate training initiatives that ensure quality processes are followed across the fleet.

Attend meetings with subject matter experts and debrief sessions with team instructional designers
Identify business objectives to ensure learning design aligns with ultimate business goals
Design training strategies based on business objectives and unique constraints
Develop training materials based on approved instructional design
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Company's schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday – Thursday)
Preferred
Interest in the cruise and travel industry is a plus
