Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product marketers embedded with product managers and engineering throughout the product lifecycle
Define and drive go-to-market strategies including positioning, messaging, pricing, segmentation, and monetization models
Partner with product and commercial leaders to shape product strategy, ensuring market viability and customer impact
Build robust business cases and financial models to support product investment decisions and growth strategies
Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions tailored to multiple audiences
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to enable successful product adoption and growth
Serve as the voice of the market and customer, ensuring products meet real-world needs and deliver measurable business value
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven success building and executing go-to-market strategies for complex products
Strong business and financial acumen—experience with modeling, P&L impact, and business case development required
Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and influence senior stakeholders
Excellent communication skills with a talent for simplifying complexity and telling compelling product stories
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries preferred but not required
