Responsibilities

Prepare sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
Drive day-to-day sales with regular interaction with direct customers and distributors within territory
Maintain and expand the existing customer base through account planning and regular customer engagement
Become a trusted advisor to key customers by gaining a deep understanding of their needs and challenges
Strengthening geographical market presence for Technology Design and Phoenix ISL products
Update the CRM daily with customer interactions, opportunity pipeline details, and new prospects
Prospect customers, follow-up with sales leads, issue quotes and/or prepare bid applications
Develop, maintain, and grow the sales pipeline in order to meet growth targets
Provide regular and accurate sales forecast for management reporting
Develop and maintain key relationships with customers’/decision makers/users of the instrumentation
Perform product demonstrations or training as required
Strong team player that is willing to support in all areas of the business as required

Required

Associate Degree in technical or business-related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Maritime, Infrastructure
Knowledge of ASNT, ASME, AWS, and ISO standards applicable to NDT
Hands-on experience with NDT scanners, automated crawlers, and advanced ultrasonic inspection methods such as phased array, or TOFD
5+ years of experience in direct sales with technical products such as instrumentation, sensors, and material testing
Strong understanding of sales strategies and NDT market
Excellent organization skills as well as strong negotiation, communication, relationship building skills
Ability to analyze sales metrics and market data
Strong time management skills
Critical thinking skills and ability to constructively resolve conflicts
Ability to travel up to 50%
Work extended hours as needed

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
Spanish language proficiency considered an asset
