Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage technical projects across the full software development lifecycle
Oversees day-to-day project execution, ensuring process against milestones, deadlines, and quality expectations
Work with engineering and product teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria
Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
Track project performance using KPIs and project management tools
Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation
Drive issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle to ensure initiatives stay on schedule and within budget
Owns requirements gathering for assigned initiatives
Partners with business stakeholders and product management to define clear and testable acceptance criteria
Experienced with waterfall and scrum methodologies
Serve as both Scrum master and Product Owner for engineering teams when required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
3–5+ years of experience in technical project management or a similar role
Strong understanding of software development processes, cloud platforms, and IT systems
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Asana)
Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
A proactive leader who thrives in fast-moving environments
Balance structure with flexibility and drive clarity in ambiguous situations
Collaborator who builds trust and alignment across teams
Detailed oriented project manager with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Experienced with waterfall and scrum methodologies
