They are seeking a Senior Associate to drive sales and maintain relationships with Broker-Dealers and RIAs, focusing on achieving revenue targets and delivering strategic engagement.
Responsibilities
Meeting or exceeding a $500,000 run-rate revenue target in sales across ETFs and ETF Model Portfolios
Initiating and maintaining relationships with assigned Broker-Dealers and RIAs in a virtual environment (no travel)
Delivering an engagement strategy that includes value-added resources, research, data, and due diligence materials throughout the sales cycle
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with demonstrated sales success specializing in ETFs, mutual funds, or separate accounts
Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to succeed in a challenging and fast-paced team environment; a team player who actively participates in team initiatives
Strong time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Salesforce, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, and Power BI
Strong character references and a clean compliance record
FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses in good standing
BS/BA required
Preferred
A business-related degree preferred
Additional advanced degrees or certifications are preferred
