Deltek Costpoint Support Consultant
Apolis is seeking a Deltek Costpoint Support Consultant who will provide technical support and maintenance for the Deltek Costpoint ERP system. The role involves troubleshooting issues, training users, and ensuring the software integrates effectively with other systems.

Responsibilities
Provide ongoing support for the Deltek Costpoint software, responding to technical issues, system errors, and user queries
Troubleshoot and resolve system problems related to Costpoint modules such as Financial Management, Project Accounting, Procurement, and Human Resources
Perform root cause analysis of system issues and work with development teams for long-term fixes
Assist with regular software updates, patches, and version upgrades to ensure the system remains current and functional
Monitor system performance and optimize configurations for maximum efficiency
Provide training to users on how to use Costpoint software efficiently
Create user guides, documentation, and best practices for using various modules within Costpoint
Offer hands-on support to end-users for system functionality or troubleshooting
Support the integration of Costpoint with other business systems (e.g., HRIS, CRM, financial reporting tools)
Develop custom reports within Costpoint or assist users with reporting needs
Ensure data integrity and proper setup of Costpoint modules
Perform data migrations or imports as required, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Assist in the implementation and configuration of new projects within the Costpoint system
Monitor the system to ensure project budgets, cost tracking, and financials align with business requirements
Collaborate with other departments such as IT, Finance, and Project Management to ensure that the system supports organizational goals
Act as a liaison between users and technical teams to communicate system needs and requirements
Document and track issues using ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
Provide status updates and escalate unresolved issues as necessary
Qualification
Required
Experience providing technical support for ERP systems, specifically Deltek Costpoint
Strong troubleshooting skills for system problems related to Costpoint modules such as Financial Management, Project Accounting, Procurement, and Human Resources
Ability to perform root cause analysis of system issues
Experience with software updates, patches, and version upgrades
Knowledge of system performance monitoring and optimization
Experience in user training and creating documentation for software
Ability to support integration of Costpoint with other business systems (e.g., HRIS, CRM)
Experience in developing custom reports within Costpoint
Knowledge of data integrity and setup of Costpoint modules
Experience in data migrations or imports
Ability to assist in the implementation and configuration of new projects within the Costpoint system
Strong collaboration skills with departments such as IT, Finance, and Project Management
Experience documenting and tracking issues using ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
