Qualification

DMD/DDS degreePeriodontics certificationAmerican Board certificationTeaching experiencePeriodontal patient care

Required

DMD/DDS degree or equivalent
certificate of advanced training in Periodontics from a CODA approved program
eligibility or certification from the American Board of Periodontology
experience in the management of periodontal patient care and teaching
