Responsibilities

Configure the digital banking product during and after implementation to meet client needs

Serve as a technical advisor to clients and internal services teams throughout the implementation process

Collaborate with development, services, product, and support teams as part of cross-functional efforts

Create implementation documentation and task lists for digital banking features

Identify and lead improvements to organizational best practices to enhance delivery efficiency

Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues affecting deadlines

Manage and support data conversion efforts for client launches, vendor changes, and mergers or acquisitions

Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues, ensuring timely resolution

Support production operations by addressing technical challenges as needed
