Responsibilities

Managing the project team and the overall project delivery

Management of the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives

Manage and provide oversight and facilitate resolution to complex project related challenges

Ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of a project, but also the material management, schedule, cost, scope and safety of the team

Developing and delivering on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules

Required

Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture

10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an Engineering, Environmental or Construction organization

Experience managing projects of $50 million+

Advanced working knowledge of contract management, pre-design, pre-construction, renovations, demolition, and new construction building systems/components and technology

Experience with various the disciplines, trades and systems related with an emphasis on full project delivery

OSHA 30 Certification

Strong people leadership skills along with building and maintaining client relationships
