Senior Contract Analyst

Responsibilities

Prepare, redline, and manage contracts including professional service agreements, statements of work, amendments, NDAs, software and hardware licenses, and other related legal agreements
Minimize potential exposure and provide an appropriate level of risk mitigation
Analyze and redline contract terms and add any special provisions, terms, and conditions to the contract
Ensure contract terms fit business requirements and comply with internal policies, guidelines, and industry laws and regulations
Assist with contract compliance strategy and work cross functionally with Legal, key stakeholders, and business units to drive process improvement
Assist in preparing and negotiating various contracts working in conjunction with the Procurement sourcing team
Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across Legal, Procurement, Finance, Tax, and Accounting to ensure successful completion of projects and deals
Assist with drafting, maintaining, and updating all contract templates
Create language standards for existing and new contracts
Participate in other projects as required

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience in contract management; reviewing, editing, and drafting contract terms and conditions
Experience in negotiation strategies, procedures, procurement, and contract management systems
Experience with high dollar and complex RFPs
Experience influencing and managing contract strategy
Excellent attention to detail, organization skills, and efficiency in task execution
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Paralegal certificate, preferred
Mortgage industry experience, preferred
