Identify and engage exceptional candidates for critical technical roles

Partner with hiring teams to own the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and extending offers

Build strong relationships with hiring teams to ensure alignment on strategy and execution

Provide a white-glove experience to every candidate, guiding them smoothly through each stage of the process

Track progress and communicate key recruiting metrics and pipelines to internal stakeholders

Build and sustain a talent pipeline that anticipates the needs of our rapidly growing teams

Maintain efficient candidate flow and data integrity within our applicant tracking system

Craft compelling job descriptions and structured interview plans that ensure consistency and clarity

Collaborate with internal teams to create and extend offers that reflect candidate expectations and company standards
