Responsibilities

Conduct operational audits, including reviewing purchasing card transactions, expense reimbursements, pharmacy claims and financial controls for compliance

Prepare audit reports, risk assessments, and presentations using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Assist with audit engagements, departmental projects, and serve as a resource for broader audit initiatives

Support the evaluation and enhancement of internal controls and risk mitigation processes to improve operational efficiency

Maintain, update, and manage audit-related data, records, and documentation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support compliance initiatives and process improvement efforts

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Must be able to lift at least 50lbs

Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors and all business associates outside of the health campus
