Responsibilities
Support project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
Assist with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and contract administration
Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors to coordinate field operations
Monitor project budgets, cost control, and forecasting to maintain financial performance
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality control regulations
Review engineering plans, specifications, and shop drawings for accuracy and constructability
Assist in procurement and materials management to support construction activities
Perform site visits and field inspections to track progress and resolve technical challenges
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
4+ years of experience in heavy civil infrastructure construction
Strong knowledge of contract administration, scheduling (Primavera P6), and cost tracking
Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and HCSS HeavyBid
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with project teams
Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
