Tiello is partnered with a leading Concrete & Masonry Repair / Restoration Contractor based in Hyattsville, MD, in their search for a Project Coordinator to support growing restoration projects. The ideal candidate will assist with project coordination, documentation, and communication with clients and teams to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers with daily coordination of active concrete and masonry restoration projects

Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, permits, and closeout packages

Prepare schedules, track project progress, and support manpower planning

Coordinate material orders, deliveries, equipment rentals, and vendor communication

Communicate with clients, engineers, inspectors, and internal teams regarding updates and requirements

Maintain accurate project files, budgets, and forecasting information

Support field teams with safety planning, quality control documents, and daily reporting

Track invoices, subcontractor billing, purchase orders, and job costing

Assist with bid preparation, takeoffs, and preconstruction organization as needed

Participate in jobsite meetings, walkthroughs, and punch list management

Ensure all project activities follow company standards, timelines, and compliance requirements
