Responsibilities
Conceptualize and design a wide range of marketing, event, and sales-driven materials across multiple platforms including print, web, social media, and environmental branding
Develop original concepts and visual content for multi-platform campaigns, seamlessly integrating compelling copy and design to deliver cohesive and impactful storytelling
Apply advanced knowledge of production workflows to ensure flawless execution of creative assets
Contribute to high-impact marketing efforts such as brand expression, product packaging, and executive keynote presentations
Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand style guides, packaging systems, and executive-level presentations
Partner with writers, designers, and cross-departmental teams to brainstorm, develop, and execute creative concepts that align with business objectives
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and approval workflows
Proofread and review creative materials for consistency, accuracy, clarity, and technical precision across all deliverables
Perform other related tasks as assigned to support the broader goals of the creative team and organization
Qualification
Required
Strong conceptual and art direction abilities with a proven ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions across print, digital, and experiential platforms
Advanced proficiency in preparing accurate, print-ready mechanicals, including file setup, color management, dielines, bleeds, resolution standards, and vendor specifications
Skilled in managing organized file systems and ensuring flawless execution in print and production
Hands-on experience across diverse creative formats including packaging, environmental design, motion graphics, 3D formats, photography art direction, and video production
Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.) with working knowledge of emerging platforms such as Canva and AI-powered design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E)
Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and leverage them to enhance creative output and workflow efficiency
Ability to manage multiple mid- to high-profile projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally, communicate clearly, and build productive relationships with writers, designers, stakeholders, and vendors
Minimum of 6 years in a creative agency or corporate creative services environment, with a track record of delivering high-quality work across integrated marketing campaigns
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree
