Responsibilities

Lead modeling efforts such as lead scoring, next-best-action strategies, and journey optimization
Translate complex business problems into data science solutions that drive measurable outcomes
Work with large structured and unstructured datasets to generate insights
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to guide high-visibility initiatives
Mentor peers and contribute to team growth
Proactively identify opportunities where data science can add value and deliver impact

Required

Strong proficiency in SQL and Python

Preferred

Exposure to modern tech stack like dbt, Databricks, Snowflake
Experience with orchestration tools like Dagster or Kubernetes is ideal
Marketing Analytics experience is also ideal
