Responsibilities

Prepares panel enclosures for panel build process

Prewires panel when appropriate

Cuts, strips, and mounts wire to connect electrical units

Installs basic electrical assemblies and hardware in housing

Plans, constructs, and assembles test panels for experimental and production testing

Assembles basic wires, insulation, and electrical components, such as transformers and relays, following method layouts

Assembles and tests control devices, switch panels, transformers and other electrical equipment and components

Reviews project instructions and blueprints to ascertain specifications

Keeps work area clean and in 5S condition

Qualification

Auto CADMicrosoft OfficeVisioElectrical assemblySafety awareness

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to learn and use company software, including Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, Visio, and scheduling software

Ability to work in a safe manner while ensuring accuracy in all transactions and to meet and maintain the position's production requirements
