Timely, accurate reporting
Quality of visualization, insights, and recommendations
Collaboration across teams

Qualification

Required

4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or financial analysis
Proven track record building dashboards and analyses that influence business decisions
SQL and Excel proficiency
Power BI or similar visualization tools
Experience using Databricks to analyze structured data (Silver and Gold layers)
Strong ability to tell stories with data and communicate insights clearly

Preferred

Experience in fintech, lending, or financial services
