Responsibilities

Water Mitigation Execution: Perform all aspects of water mitigation, including controlled demolition, equipment setup, moisture mapping, and jobsite cleanup
Sales Communication: Identify and communicate additional scope needs to the mitigation manager and customers as needed
Job Site Management: Lead on-site operations to ensure safety, organization, and proper workflow
Compliance & Documentation: Use moisture meters and monitoring tools to track drying progress and complete documentation daily
SOP & Safety Compliance: Enforce company safety policies and Standard Operating Procedures are followed
Vehicle Operation: Operate and maintain a company vehicle responsibly
Customer Service: Act as the on-site point of contact for clients

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 2 years of water mitigation experience required
Demonstrated ability to lead a team on active job sites
Effective communication and documentation skills
Valid Georgia driver's license with a clean record
Flexible schedule availability including weekends/on-call
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in varied environments

Preferred

IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) strongly preferred
