Responsibilities
Follows engineering setup charts to perform initial assembly of tools
Performs complete disassembly of jobs
Arranges tooling
Interprets program to install all tools in the machine and establish and put in offsets
Performs complete machining of first piece
Verifies all dimensions on machines to corresponds with drawing
Running machines in a relief basis
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalency required
Ability to read blueprints
5-7 years of CNC experience
High school diploma or GED
At least 5 years of previous CNC operation experience
Preferred
Experience as a CNC Vertical Turning Center Operator/Machinist
Experience with metal forgings
Machining Certification
