Responsibilities

Drive sales of robotic palletizers, case packing systems, AMRs, and turnkey automation solutions to mid- and large-sized consumer goods manufacturers
Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
Identify and cultivate new opportunities through prospecting, networking, and industry engagement
Build relationships with engineering, operations, procurement, and executive stakeholders to position Acieta as a trusted automation partner
Conduct consultative selling by analyzing production workflows and recommending solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs
Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams to develop accurate proposals, ROI analyses, and system concepts
Manage and grow strategic accounts while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty
Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility in CRM (Salesforce) and provide timely updates to leadership
Partner with marketing on campaigns and events to generate leads and strengthen brand presence
Share expertise and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of learning and collaboration
Performs other duties as assigned, which are reasonably related to the scope of the position and necessary for business operations

Required

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
Valid Driver's License and ability to travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time throughout USA
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of success in selling automation, industrial machinery, or capital equipment within manufacturing environments
Proven track record of acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts for 5+ years
Hands-on experience identifying process improvement opportunities on live production lines for 5+ years
Strong ability to present complex automation solutions, explain technical concepts clearly, and influence decision-makers
2+ years of proficiency using CRM platforms such as Salesforce to manage pipelines and forecast accurately
