University of Florida Jacksonville Physicians, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Cycle Education Administrator to administer the Clinical Data Quality's provider online learning initiatives. The role involves overseeing E-Learning content development and ensuring compliance with coding and billing education, as well as providing training and support to staff.

Responsibilities
Administers the department's E-Learning initiatives pertaining to medical record documentation, coding, reimbursement, and billing compliance education. Assist in administration of Office of Educational Affairs educational initiatives for residents/fellows/PDAS by assigning annual Medicare Parts C/D Fraud waste/Abuse, EPIC, Fatigue Management, Opioid Prescribing, Hospitality, Hurricane Preparedness, Incident Reporting, MRI Safety and Infectious Disease Control educational courses for residents
Review industry correspondence and literature, summarizes pertinent coding and reimbursement information, and distribute to appropriate providers, clinics staff, and UFJP personnel via e-mail, in-person presentations, or online course assignment
Works with the Business Groups, Medical Departments, GME Office, Ambulatory Services and the Office of Physician Billing Compliance to ensure the organization's full compliance with providers' annual Mandatory Provider Education program educational requirements. Coordinate follow-up education and training given to providers with the Office of Compliance
Ensure that all online educational/training material is revised/updated as soon as possible after coding/payer/regulatory changes are made. Determines training objectives of future online educational initiatives/courses and in-service
Research and resolve coding and reimbursement policy issue questions. Regularly communicate via email, tool, and/or E-Learning course coding and billing information for providers and staff
By way of E-Learning authoring software, develop and maintain educational content pertaining to documentation, coding, reimbursement, specialty-specific rules, and billing compliance topics for providers. Design (and approve) and publish online training material, including course slides, course attachments and test
Develop and administer (to include assigning, publicizing, and tracking) annual and periodic refresher training to all providers on the topics of Medical Record Documentation and Coding. Non Physician Practitioner Billing and Teaching Physician Billing Compliance. Develop and administer special/ and/or advanced educational/training sessions as necessitated by changes in carrier coding and reimbursement policies, coding/documentation deficiencies, or problematic reimbursement issues
Monitor the effectiveness of the above education that is delivered as part of the Mandatory Provider Education Program and assist the Manager and Director of Physician Billing Compliance in re-directing the focus of the of the educational content as needed
Develop and administer CPT-4,ICB,10-CM coding/reimbursement, and Billing Compliance training for personnel. Topics to include specific procedural and diagnosis coding requirements, Non-Physician Practitioner Billing, Teaching Physician Billing, E&M Documentation Guidelines, and specialty-specific coding issues
Qualification
Required
Up to 1 year-Supervisory experience
5 years-Medical billing/claims experience including coding, medical terminology and third-party reimbursement
Experience in adult training environment
