Provide high-quality respiratory diagnostic and therapeutic care
Support the development and coordination of individualized pulmonary rehabilitation plans
Work independently and collaborate effectively with medical staff
Ensure safe, cost-effective patient care

Required

Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy and/or graduation from a two-year American Medical Association approved training program in Respiratory Care. Coursework and credentials (i.e. graduate of two-year respiratory therapist program plus CRTT credential) which meet the qualifications for the registry exam of the National Board for Respiratory Care may substitute for the associate degree
Minimum of 4 years' experience as a respiratory therapist with 1 year in pulmonary rehabilitation
Registered as Licensed Respiratory Therapist (LRT) with State of Minnesota
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
BCLS and ACLS certified within 6 months of hire
