Responsibilities
Partner with the Executive Director of Global Recruitment to support hiring initiatives across corporate and property-level positions
Assist with the recruitment process, including advertising positions, scheduling and coordinating interviews
Support the hiring and onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Assist the Executive Director of Global Recruitment with strategic initiatives, including global pipeline development and recruitment strategies
Support in creating SOPs and standard processes to improve efficiency and consistency across recruitment efforts
Contribute to the management and development of internship programs and the Management-in-Training (MIT) program
Support all ongoing and upcoming projects related to recruitment, ensuring timely execution and collaboration across teams
Help maintain recruitment tools, job postings, and candidate tracking systems
Provide recruitment reporting, metrics, and insights to support decision-making
Assist at career fairs, campus events, and other recruitment activities as needed
Qualification
Required
3+ years of progressive experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or people operations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable with recruitment systems and tools (Workday, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
