Arcosa Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Support Representative based out of their Tinton Falls, NJ office. This role involves providing administrative, analytical, and operational support to the sales team, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and coordinating with various internal departments.

Responsibilities

Manage daily sales activity, including reviewing and correcting transactions
Approve invoice and billing adjustments
Verify scale house orders while coordinating corrections with Dispatch
Prepares and sends customer quotes, submits public material bids, processes awards
Applies contract and special pricing for State, Municipal, County and P.A.N.Y.N.J projects
Handle requests for COIs and material submittals
Receives purchase orders and all tax-exempt certificates while maintaining accurate records for contract pricing
Coordinates registrations for industry events and conferences
Assists with mass distribution of annual pricing, maintains business certifications
Performs ongoing maintenance of quotes involving quantities and specialty materials
