Intern, Instructional Designer

They are seeking an Intern, Instructional Designer to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate training initiatives to ensure high-quality processes are followed throughout the fleet.

Responsibilities

Attend meetings with subject matter experts and debrief sessions with team instructional designers
Identify business objectives to ensure learning design aligns with ultimate business goals
Design training strategies based on business objectives and unique constraints
Develop training materials based on approved instructional design
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification

Instructional designMicrosoft Office SuiteCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsInterest in travel industryTeamworkIndependent work

Required

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred

Interest in the cruise and travel industry is a plus
