Responsibilities
Support the continued growth and success of our Litigation Business Unit
Play a key role in the development and execution of strategic business development and marketing initiatives
Planning, supporting, and implementing a broad array of business development activities to help expand Pillsbury’s business and reputation
Advise lawyers on effective client pitch strategies
Conduct research and analysis
Create compelling proposals and pitch materials
Manage strategic events
Complete lawyer directory submissions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
Minimum of eight years of relevant experience in professional services or law firm business development
Exceptional interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
Collegial, collaborative and team player attributes
Self-starter who thrives on juggling numerous high visibility projects on fast timetables
Ability to handle high-pressure environments
Strong to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Some knowledge of applications specific to the legal field
