Responsibilities
Prepares documents for payment in an accurate and timely manner
Prepares documents to be key entered into usable input computer form
Verifies information on documents and assures compliance with ARH policy and procedure
Prepares various reports for and supplies information to outside agencies
Maintains and updates accounts, logs, records, and files
Audits and reconciles accounts
Codes and posts ledgers and reports
Prepares account bank deposits and disbursements as assigned
Sorts, processes and distributes mail and files various reports and documents
Enters information into a CRT
Performs other related duties as required
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or its equivalent
Knowledge of CRT operation
