Responsibilities
Oversee discovery and fact-gathering for a range of litigation matters, coordinating with internal teams and external counsel
Assist with responses to regulatory inquiries, subpoenas, and investigations
Develop and implement efficient processes for handling electronically stored information and related discovery obligations
Provide guidance to business stakeholders on litigation risks, data preservation, and compliance best practices
Support litigation strategy and case management through careful review and analysis of discovery materials
Qualification
Required
Licensed attorney with 6+ years of litigation experience, including experience managing discovery and conducting investigations
Strong knowledge of discovery and e-discovery practices in federal and state litigation
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and outside counsel
Candidates must be able to go onsite near Southeast, Michigan
