Sr. Business Development Lead, re:Cycle Reverse Logistics
Amazon is scaling a fast-growing business aimed at transforming the reverse logistics industry for electronic hardware. The Sr. Business Development Lead will create and execute the Business Development strategy, influencing growth and customer service while working closely with Product Management and Tech to design innovative solutions.

Identifying and activating new business opportunities
Developing business models and go-to-market strategies
Cross-selling models and customer value proposition development
Developing strategic partnerships and commercial relationships
Leading both sales and marketing efforts
Drive revenue, adoption and market share for our product
Create program goals and metrics, track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives
Qualification
Required
5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
Preferred
Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
Experience in launching new products
Experience managing complex customer relationships and initiatives with considerable impact where the customer need, sales strategy, and opportunity are not defined
