Responsibilities
Manages a business activity. Develops, recommends and enforces operating procedures
Conducts customer surveys, reviews usage/sales to make recommendations concerning services, promotion activities and revenue improvements
Supervises assigned staff
Develops budgetary data. Evaluates financial statements, reviewing costs against revenues, advising supervisor of status and recommending improvements in merchandise lines, marketing, etc
Qualification
Required
Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed
