Responsibilities
Analyze mission and program data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
Generate dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support leadership decision-making
Work with data engineers to define data requirements and improve data quality
Support AI readiness activities by assessing dataset completeness, usability, and patterns
Translate complex findings into clear, mission-relevant insights
Conduct baseline and post-implementation analysis to measure improvement
Qualification
Required
1 + years of data analytics or quantitative analysis experience
Strong proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Ability to analyze large datasets using SQL or scripting languages (Python preferred)
Strong communication and storytelling skills
Secret clearance
Preferred
Experience with AI solution rollouts or cloud modernization efforts
Familiarity with federal or regulated environments
Knowledge of data governance or metadata management
