Compensation Associate – Rewards Data Intelligence
WTW is a global network of senior HR and Compensation consultants serving top financial services clients. As a Compensation Associate, you will manage compensation survey projects and contribute to consulting engagements, influencing compensation strategies across financial institutions worldwide.
Responsibilities
Manage the full compensation survey cycle — from launch to report delivery — ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely results
Act as the primary client contact, lead job matching sessions, resolve data issues, and deliver clear insights that strengthen client relationships and drive participation
Analyze large datasets, interpret compensation trends, and prepare impactful reports and presentations
Support bespoke consulting projects such as benchmarking, incentive plan design, and regulatory updates
Contribute to broader initiatives like industry research, training, and business development
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of compensation survey experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Corporate exposure through internships, part-time roles, or related education
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings
Strong analytical and project management abilities
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Results-driven mindset focused on business success
Proficiency in databases and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); advanced Excel skills preferred
Preferred
Background in Human Resources or prior consulting experience
Advanced Excel expertise (statistical analysis, graphs, lookups, formulas)
Experience working with global financial services clients
Familiarity with compensation program design and market practice reporting
