Serve as the escalation point for Amazon Corporate WAN connectivity

Create a WAN Service Management Program

Required

3+ months of telecommunication technology experience
5+ years of vendor management experience
Bachelor's degree or above, or 5+ years of equivalent experience
5+ years of team leadership experience

Preferred

Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication
Experience in problem solving and delivering results
Experience coordinating projects across organizations that span hundreds or thousands of people
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience in cross functional project delivery
Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
