Responsibilities

Lead GE planning and forecasting cycles with ownership and accountability
Serve as a key business partner across cross-functional teams, facilitating standardized monthly meetings
Conduct monthly variance analysis of GE/Overhead actual expenses
Record GE re-classes and journal vouchers monthly/quarterly to ensure accurate reporting
Drive continuous process improvement in GE management practices
Manage cost center reporting, including cycle administration and chart of accounts oversight
Review cycles and allocations to ensure accurate departmental reporting
Lead accounting processes for balance sheet provision and accrual accounts
Oversee planning and forecasting for Other Income & Expense
Deliver detailed bridges and variance analyses comparing forecasts and prior-year results
Identify risks and opportunities to ensure organizational targets are achieved

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
3–5+ years of experience in a multinational CPG company
Strong accounting background with deep understanding of balance sheet and income statement
Experience managing GE/Overhead expenses and handling confidential information
Advanced knowledge of SAP, including CO/PA assessment cycles
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint essential)
Strong knowledge of internal controls and risk management
Proven ability to implement new processes and standardize reporting with stakeholder alignment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across teams
