Responsibilities
Exhibit deep expertise in industry standards (e.g., CESMII, Weihenstephan, OPAF) and trends, positioning Rockwell Automation as a credible modernization and digital transformation partner
Engage with executives, business leaders, and operations teams to develop executive messaging frameworks, strategic roadmaps, and transformation initiatives
Act as a strategic advisor for transformation and roadmap development, aligning customer vision with Rockwell's capabilities and solutions
Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and sales enablement to create consistent collateral for top-to-top engagements and strategic partnerships
Develop target use cases and support reusable architectures and services, especially in edge-to-cloud strategies and Digital initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of work experience
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening
The ability to travel 25% of the time
A valid drivers license
Preferred
Typically requires 8+ years of experience in industry consulting experience, preferably within the CPG sector
Strong understanding of digital transformation, automation, and industry standards
Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing at the executive level
Experience collaborating cross-functionally and with external partners
