Sales Development Representative - Future Opportunity

Responsibilities

Partner with Customer Marketing and Sales teams to drive attendance to customer events and webinars
Following up on customer alerts, leads and requests with the goal of identifying upsell/x-sell opportunities
Processing customer leads/contacts through Outreach sequences (cold-calling to new customer contacts/leads is required)
Schedule customer meetings and product demos for Account Executives
Work with marketing, sales, and business development on email messaging and talk tracks for specific use-cases, events and webinars
Act as liaison between Customer Marketing and owners of customer accounts, while acting as a dynamic feedback loop
Manage inbound leads process to maximize conversion and pipeline development
Understand Druva’s offerings and competitive positioning to effectively communicate and apply them to a prospects needs
Ability to apply a hunter mind-set to work strategically with AEs on campaigns to promote x-sell/upsell opportunities
Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in SFDC
Achieve and exceed monthly quotas and objectives

Required

1+ years of prior SDR experience
Experience/awareness/knowledge of technology solutions, cloud and Saas preferred
Experience with tools such as SFDC, CL, Salesloft, Linkedin, Zoom, etc
CRM fluency - ability to create reports is a plus!
Ability to articulate technical capabilities in terms of business value
A strong desire to learn a comprehensive software sales process
Applies strategic thinking to uncover additional stakeholders and prospects within existing customer accounts to support account growth and retention
Strong sense of urgency and motivation to meet and exceed aggressive goal
Willingness to make cold calls and initiate conversations with install base
Strong written communication and presentation skills
