The role involves developing high-quality digital prototypes and supporting the design and development of Tesla vehicles through 3D modeling and engineering analysis.

Responsibilities

Learn to develop 3D forms from 2D sketches and renderings
Analyze engineering criteria to aid in design surface development
Develop surface modeling techniques using Tesla standards
Support managing the organization and release of Vehicle Design data

Qualification

CAD modelingTechnical problem-solvingCommunication skillsEngineering degreeDesign degreeIndustrial Design

Required

Working towards a degree in Engineering, Architecture, Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field
Strong experience with CAD modeling
Strong technical problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Proven ability to deliver results on challenging projects with tight deadlines
